Christy Chong is a board-certified family medicine practitioner serving patients ages 5 and up in Saint Johns County and nearby community.

Christy treats a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions in both kids and adults, and has a wealth of experience in family medicine, emergency, labor and delivery and nursing care. Christy completed her undergraduate education at Daytona State College and the University of Phoenix and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University. She is a licensed Advanced Practice registered nurse with a family nurse practitioner certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband and children and being outdoors, where she and her husband coach T-ball.
